1:How to become our member?
You can login in our website to register on line. Click the register button, then fill in all your necessary and effective information, submit your application. Website system will automatically congratulate you succeed in becomeing one of our valued customers. All the process only takes few minutes and is free! Once you are our member, you can place order on website.

2:How to place an order ?
Way One: Email to us about your order including product number,size,colors,how many pcs per itms .
We prefer this way 2 because website ordering comes to mail communication finally
Way Two: Website Ordering Registration for members or login directly Select target item -Add to Cart -Continue shopping if you like more items-Check out when all ready
Fill in additional addresses information if necessary or modify your order.-Submit your order  Order completed
Note: when order is finished, your shopping car is empty. Our staff will contact you ASAP!

3:What's the minimal order?
We are focusing on wholesaling the goods worldwide. Summing up the different demands of our customers, we would like to accept 10 pieces total as our minimal order(of course ,you can mix your order :different brand /color /size)! You can set up a trial order to test the high quality of our products and our best service. Any dissidence please consults with our sales staff.

4:Price with shipping charge or without?
Price is for the wholesale price without shipping charge included. because our customers from dififrent counties,diffirent country is diffirent ship cost.

5:Which country do you ship goods to?
We ship the goods worldwide.

6:when will the goods be shipped  out?
We will ship out the order in 48 hours after we get your payment and tell you tracking number.

7:How to ship and check order?
For oversea, we highly recommend all our dear customers to send by EMS or UPS, FEDEX Express, DHLCompanies. As they are much faster and safer. Tracking Number will be provided after we ship out your order.

8:Why not accept payment via Paypal?
Until now we accept three payment terms: western union and moneygram and bank wire transfer ,we don't accept paypal,because paypal have very higher fees for sellers,and they prevent to sell replica clothing,shoes,bags..if they know our company sell it,they will blocked our account,both sellers and buyers,so we don't want to take the risk.

9:How long does it take for delivery?
Generally speaking, it takes 7-10 working days for the delivery when goods are shipped.
